Fiat 124 Berlina from Poland

Hello
My name is Darek and I’m 44 years old. I come from Poland, west side of it – city Zielona Góra (montania verde/green mountain). I would like to introduce my Fiat 124 Berlina. He is from 1967. I bought him in 2009. Two years I collected spare parts and details to restore my Fiat. Then two years I restored the car. I made mechanical side and my friends repaired the body.

I' haven' t forgotten you! I remember you clearly; have I told you my wife and my beloved Father_in_Law are Polish??

I just have enjoied all your pictures and I am literally in love with FSO 125p, FSM 126p and your very smart car, of course!    

You and yours  friends have done a marvellous job, nearly perfect: your Fiat 124 was restored to perfection. Thank you very much for the numerous pictures, all very welcomed.

In the far Seventies my Father_in Law and his tight Polish friend, Mr. Cornicki were used to travel in my city (Ancona) aboard the unmistakable Mr. Cornicki' s pale Yellow 125p!
I Always loved the 125p and I absolutely prefer it to the Italian_built version    my favourite version is the Model 1975 (rebuilt) with soft dashboard and the big tail lights.

I have no forgotten your request for the air filter paddle cap: in the past time I tried to purchase one by a guy I knew; that guy has a lot of 124s and spares but he is very stingy and selfish and he didn' t want to sell me one: because of this I broke off relations with him.
But to find another one (of the very first serie) is very difficult but, should I find it I' ll tell you immediately.

Hi Paolo.
I well remember Your polish story.
In Poland "yellow bahama" color of the 125p is legendary. All teh fastest versions of the Polski Fiat - Monte Carlo and Acropolois were yellow bahama painted.
